Sydney is a very smart back-row leader, having a great understanding of the proper way to transition and read defense according to the other teams offense. She is not afraid to be a leader on the court and direct her teammates on where to be, what to cover and helps the hitters by being a very effective communicator. She has a solid back-row attack and is a consistant passer in both defense and serve-receive. Sydney also has a fantastic attitude and a great work ethic. |
